Dara Park Live!

Hello Randomers!

So this coming saturday, 2NE1 will have a concert here in our country! Too Sad I can't go because I have lots of work to do, if you read my earlier post you know by now how busy i am to the point that i cant update my blog hahahah

Okay so enough of me having no social life hahaha Back to 2NE1 ~
When my boss told me that Dara will be our guest, I was excited, I may not be the number one fan of Dara or 2NE1 but i like their group and songs and I love KPOP!! :)
Even though i cannot watch the concert, I think I was lucky enough to see Dara in person and have a little time with her hahaha
So I went inside her dressing room, where the security is really strict, very strict , super strict! hahaha
Then I got the chance to ask if i can take a picture of her so that we can post it on Instagram and then she asked if I need it now "Ngayon na ba or after" then I said if its okay, can I take it now so that we can tell the fans that you are getting ready for the show,after that she said yes. Her make up artist stopped for a while maybe because she taught that i need to take a pic, but then Dara said that its okay, since i'm really planning to get a candid shot :) She was really nice, even her make up artist and manager :)

Random life happenings

Hello Randomers ~

God!! It's almost a year! ~ can't believe how my work really changed everything in my life.
Yes I've been so busy with my work, so busy that I can't even open my twitter account hahhaha I have some time in the morning but you know this work is getting all of my energy so I just opted to sleep than to open my twitter and facebook and even this blog ~ so yes kill me because I don't have social life. Like literally.

Okay so enough of my whims hahahah Let's just be happy that I'm trying to write again, I mean write the things that I want and I like :)

Oh and another thing that keeps me busy is my weight loss project :)

After a month I lost around 5 kilos more or less 11 pounds , hmmm not bad right?

and you know what i found out, one it's really bad to skip meals why? well aside from the risk of getting sick, my coach told me that when you skip meals and your stomach doesn't have anything to metabolize the very first food that you will eat after skipping will turn in to fat , whether its vegetables or fruit. So you have to eat every 3 hours, so that your metabolism will not stop :) You have to eat even though you feel full :)

So you have to do this sequence, you have to eat a FULL meal breakfast, meaning you have to have your carbs, greens and proteins. Then after 3 hours eat your snacks, 1 pc of apple will do or small pack of crackers. After 3 hours again you have to eat your full meal, then snacks, then full meal again as long as you are awake. I know it's hard and you really need to exert effort but if it's good for you, then why not?

Then of course you have to do some work outs, I do the Metafit program so we have this 4 minute work out that is really good :)
